Parents Association

Among the objectives of APF is to be a channel of communication between parents, school authorities and teachers. It is also in charge of organizing activities and generating initiatives aimed at reinforcing the work that teachers carry out every day in the classroom. All parents and guardians of Colegio Alemán Nicaragüense students are members of APF and are represented in a General Assembly by Classroom Representatives elected at the beginning of each school year. The General Assembly of APF Representatives annually elects a President, Vice President, Secretary of Minutes and Agreements and a Treasurer, who together with the coordinators of the working commissions make up the APF Board of Directors. The working committees are responsible for generating and supporting initiatives in the areas of academics, sports, culture, events, security and communication. Classroom representatives must have close communication with the parents or guardians of their classroom, periodically informing them of the decisions and work plans to be carried out and agreed upon at the Representative Assembly. In the same way, transmit all the concerns of their grade that they consider necessary to the Assembly of Representatives. The active participation of parents and guardians of the students of the Colegio Alemán Nicaragüense is important and necessary to achieve the integral development of children and adolescents.
